Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

We will not share your business information, technical details, or project specifics with any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Project Timelines & Delays

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are dependent on timely receipt of Client inputs, approvals, and feedback. SSSP Business Solutions shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Late or incomplete information provided by the Client
• Scope changes requested after project commencement

SSSP Business Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to ssspsolutions.in/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. BiteLane Subscription Service

This section applies to BiteLane (bitelane.ssspsolutions.in and the BiteLane Android app), our software service for food stalls and small eateries. Where it differs from the sections above, which are written for project engagements, this section applies to BiteLane.

• Who may use it: BiteLane is for businesses. The person who signs up (the “Stall Owner”) confirms they are authorised to act for the stall and gives a mobile number they control. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Free trial and plans: every new stall gets a 10-day free trial with no payment. After that, the service is sold in prepaid plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on bitelane.ssspsolutions.in, plus GST. A plan is paid for in advance against a GST invoice. We do not charge your account automatically, and a plan does not renew unless you pay for the next one.
• When a plan ends: we send reminders before and after it ends. For 7 days after it ends the service keeps working. After that, customers cannot place new orders until you renew. Orders already placed can still be completed. Your menu, orders and sales history are kept while your account exists.
• Price changes: we may change plan prices for future purchases. A plan you have already paid for keeps working for the period you paid for.
• Your sales are yours: customers pay the stall directly, in cash, to your UPI ID, or through your own payment provider account. BiteLane is not a party to the sale between a stall and its customer, does not hold the money and takes no commission. You are responsible for your menu, prices, food-safety and licensing obligations (such as FSSAI) and the taxes on your own sales.
• Acceptable use: do not use BiteLane for anything unlawful, to mislead customers, to send spam, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend or remove a stall that does, and will tell you why where we can.
• Availability: we work to keep BiteLane running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Cash handling and a paper backup are sensible for a busy stall. Planned and urgent maintenance may cause short breaks.
• Your data: how we handle personal data is explained in the BiteLane Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app at any time (how it works).
• Refunds: see section 10 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Limit of liability: section 9 applies. For BiteLane, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for BiteLane in the three (3) months before the claim.
• Android app and app stores: the BiteLane Android app shows your plan status. Plans are bought on our website and by invoice, not inside the app.
